Gubblebock
As Zane wakes up, he finds himself in a slightly altered version of his childhood home. Here, he meets a yellow gubblebock from an old TV show he loved as a child. I enjoyed the soundtrack! the story is pretty neat, I managed to defeat the shadow witch on my second try xD. (That auto save was a good call).
Only issues I encountered were some invisible walls during the fight with the shadow witch, on the second portal, I wasn't able to walk on what appeared to be an empty ground tile.
Keep making games! I don't know if this is your first ever game, (It's the only one I see on your Itch profile), but if so, welcome!
Hey thanks for the constructive feedback! I'll take a look at it for a potential future full release.
Thank you! This is probably my first actual completed project I would say(even if it is more of a demo), other ones were more like short try-outs.
I dig the MS Paint style art! Looks cool! Nice stuff!
the game looks really fun but it doesn't allow me to move further into the game after I free gubblebock
Hey! I probably should have been more clear in the game but you need to interact with the toybox door in Zane’s bedroom :)
this is really impressive! whenever i used RPGmaker i always gave up on trying to add my own tiles and stuff. i really like the gubblebock
Thank you very much! Custom tiles takes some time but worth it in the end ^^ I am sure gubblebock likes you too .
